Laser Metal Cutting

Laser metal cutting is what got TNT kicked off. That doesn’t mean it’s all we do, but it does mean we’re dang good at it. With both oxygen and nitrogen lasers at our disposal, we’re able to cut a wide variety of materials as well as any shape needed to get your design across the finish line in the way you originally imagined it. We can cut a max flat sheet size of 5’x10’ and a max mild steel thickness of 5/8".

Metal Forming + Welding

At TNT, we offer both MIG & TIG welding as well as the ability to form a variety of materials. We can work with part sizes of up 10’ and a thickness up to 1/4” (other options available based on length).

CAD Design

As a company, we’re fluid in both SOLIDWORKS &AutoCAD. Our designs can range from simple upgrades and modifications to full new designs catered to any project. Our designers specialize in cost-reduced designs, allowing you to move forward without paying for anything that isn’t beneficial to the integrity and aesthetic of the final product.

Finishing

Need someone to take your product from start to finish? We offer in-house kit packaging and assembly so you don’t need to bother with finding somewhere else to get that final stage completed. Painting and plating are also offered.
